Terms of Service

Welcome to Deltabridge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our platform and any related services provided by Deltabridge Group Ltd.

By accessing or using Deltabridge, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform": Refers to Deltabridge's online marketplace.

  • "User": Any individual or entity accessing the Platform, including Consumers and Analysts.

  • "Customer": A user who seeks intelligence products through the Platform.

  • "Analyst": A user who offers services and produces intelligence products through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Deltabridge, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

  • Complete the registration process and be approved (for Analysts through the affiliate application process).

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: Users must create an account and provide accurate information. Customers must contact Deltabridge's sales team for account approval, while Analysts must apply for and be accepted into the affiliate program.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Restrictions: Customers cannot view other customers' requests, and Analysts can only view and bid on customer listings and post their own service listings. 

4. User Roles and Restrictions

  • Customers: Can create intelligence requests and view responses. They are restricted from viewing other customer requests but can see Analyst service listings.

  • Analysts: Can bid on customer requests and list services. They must comply with Deltabridge's Code of Conduct and Standards. Analysts can also list their service offerings on the marketplace for customers to acquire.

  • Role Separation: Users cannot switch between Customer and Analyst roles without prior approval from Deltabridge.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Commissions: Deltabridge charges a flat 10% platform fee on all transactions. This platform fee is charged to the customer on top of the listing price. 

  • Escrow System: All payments are held in escrow until project completion and approval by the Customer.

  • Payment Processors: Deltabridge uses Stripe for payment processing. By using this service, you agree to comply with their terms and policies.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Project Cancellations: If a project is cancelled by mutual agreement, funds held in escrow will be refunded according to Deltabridge's policies.

  • Refund Requests: Customers may request a refund if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon terms. Deltabridge reserves the right to review and approve such requests.

7. User Conduct

In accordance with Deltabridge's Code of Conduct and Standards, users agree to:

  • Act respectfully and professionally.

  • Avoid any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

  • Not bypass Deltabridge's payment system to avoid fees.

8. Content Ownership and Rights

  • User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of content they post to the public on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Deltabridge non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute this content for Platform purposes.

  • Platform Content: All other content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by Deltabridge and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Anonymised Requests: Customer requests and user information are anonymised by default to protect user identities.

  • Data Storage: Files and data are stored securely on Deltabridge cloud infrastructure, adhering to industry-standard encryption and data protection practices.

  • Privacy Policy: Use of the Platform is also governed by Deltabridge's Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

10. Termination and Suspension

Deltabridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or disrupt the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with The Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

12. Amendments to Terms

Deltabridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
